I tried the 30 days free premuim, but now it seems im stuck with the payment. how do cancel that payment??

Hey Niclas, welcome to the Community.

I've taken a look at your account and I see you started the 30 day trial on January 19th. Once the 30 days were up we tried to take the first Premium payment, though we haven't been so far successful. Have you been charged?
