Last week I discussed my account with you and thought things were settled, but i believe I still have a problem. My name isRene Stevenson

and I wanted status on my account. I believe I have two accounts. MY email is renestevenson@ymail.com. Could you cancel the onewith itunes or do I need to to that? I sign up for premium but it doesn't show on my account.

If you have been talking to customer services via email, your best bet is to keep chatting to them via that channel as here on the community we can't see any of your account details like they can.
