Account Premium

Hello

I think I had 2 ways to connect to Spotify free (email and facebook login).  I think I have activated my premium account on the email one, but can't see what it is connected to.

When I log in using facebook, I can't see my premium working.

When I log with email, can't see it either.  

But I have entered credit card info somewhere and I am afraid I could have a lost account somewhere where I will be charged in 30 days. 

Please help, anywhere I could call to validate my account info ?
