I have reset my old password, disconnected all devices and it still says someone is using my account can you please block access from other computers??

Hi, @maricsims! That's not good - but we can definitely fix it.

 

Start by contacting Spotify using this contact form. You may receive an automated reply asking you to check out the support forums again. Not to worry - just reply back (even if it's a noreply address) and the support team will be able to help you. They should be back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

 
In the mean time, going here so you can click Sign Out Everywhere. Just be sure to remember your email and new password. It looks like this:
