Account being used elsewhere

I forgot my spotify open at a computer I used at a friends place, now he is using my spotify and spam clicking play so I may not listen to my own music with MY OWN ACCOUNT.

Changing my password does not help. If only there was a way to log me out from all devices.

Anything that can be done?
