Account linked to wrong profile

Account linked to wrong profile

I subscribed to Spotify via Facebook but my account is not linked to the right profile. Meaning that my account is linked someone else's email address, password, date of birth etc. Since I do not know the password I cannot edit and change my own profile. I attached a screenshot of the (wrong) profile. None of the info of this profile corresponds to me. Could you please help solving this issue asap?

In this case, please get in touch with Spotify Support so they can look into this. 

You can contact them via Twitter, Facebook, or email:

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
