After Free Premium Trial do you still have access to playlists?

After the free trial is over can you still select tracks from you playlist to play?  Or is it only the radio that is available?  What bit rait is available on the free version?

You can still look at your playlists on your mobile, but you'd only be able to play Radio. However, you will be able to play your playlists over on your computer version of Spotify.
