An old email on my old spotifyuser...

I've been using my girlfriends spotify the last several years. And recently I decided to expand her user to a familyuser so that we can have individual playlists. I connected to my old account through facebook, when I was experiencing problems logging in. I then saw that I was on a really old e-mail with a password I cannot remember, which means I cannot log in, nor change the email on the spotifyuser, as I do not remember the password. So how can I change the old spotifyusers email-adress?

With issues like that it's better to use the contact form of Spotify.

Just go though it step by step. You may get a no-reply Email but just ignore that and send an Email to that further get directly to the Spotify Support!
