Bonjour j’ai un problème avec mon compte depuis vendredi passé. C’est comme si je n’étais plus premium sans aucune raison. Les paiements continue d’être prélevés dans compte. Dernier relever 3 avril 14.94$. Pouvez-vous m’aider?

Sorry to hear that you're not seeing your Premium features. 

 

This might happen if your subscription is stopped or if your payment has failed. To see if that's the case - we'd recommend checking your receipts and details of your plan and payments on your account page. If you see a failed payment there - we'd suggest that you check out this support article as you'll find more troubleshooting steps.

 

If the payment has gone through and your account is set to Premium on the account page, please log out and back in. 

 

On another note, if you still are not seeing Premium on this account but you know you've been charged for the service, can you take a look at this page and double check that you're not logged in another account?
