CAN'T SIGN IN TRIED EVERYTHING

So I'm having a serious problem here,

I cannot log into spotify, I've tried everything. The app, desktop app, online, facebook, everytime I try it says my password and username is incorrect. I only have two emails that I've ever used in my entire life and both don't work. However I have been able to sign in on just the regular site, not the online music player, just the site. But then I try to access any type of way to fix this problem such as going into account settings, change password and am met with the same new window message of:

"The www.spotify.com page isn't working

www.spotify.com redirected you too many times.

• Try clearing your cookies.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"

Now in the spotify app either on my iphone or mac when I try to sign in I get "error code 3 username and password is incorrect." IT IS NOT INCORRECT. I have tried EVERYTHING and have been looking at different threads for soltuions to my problem but no one seems to have the same problems I'm having. I've deleted and reinstalled spotify for both my mac and phone, and I've even asked my brother who has a different account tio check if his account is working and he's said his is fine. Is anyone else having these issues? I'm going to assume something went wrong at spotify HQ because I can't even access info from the site. It would help a lot if I could talk to a a live representative or if someone could check to make sure it's still possible to sign into my account and access my music. SPOTIFY SUPPORT HELP ME. SOS.

I'm also having this EXACT issue and Spotify support is not getting back to me. I'm going crazy, since I pay for the friggin Premium membership. Color me unimpressed.
