Can't Combine

I'm having difficulty figuring out how to combine Spotify accounts. I have one premium account that I use on my phone through Facebook, which uses an old Hotmail email account and then I have a free account that I use on my PlayStation 4 with my Google account. I just got a Google home and it automatically connects to the Spotify accounts linked to my Gmail, and I can't call on my paid for playlists etc. How do I connect all accounts?! Seems easy when your non-facebook account is paid for, but impossible of you have a "sign in with Facebook" account that's paid for
