Can't buy 3 month premium for 0.99

Even though my account details clearly state that I'm on Spotify Free and is a very new account, I can't purchase the 3 month premium deal. I don't have any of the benefits of spotify premium at all.

Can you provide a screenshot showing that this account is brand new?  You are not able to use this three-month offer if you have activated any kind of previous discount or free trial.  It doesn't have to be the same offer, it could even be a one-week trial that you might have used in the past.

Same here. my account was just set up on Thursday (Dec 22) and I'm trying to take advantage of that offer but getting the same message. What gives?!?
