Can't change payment method because card keeps getting declined!

I recently got a Visa debit giftcard and I wanted to change it to my form of payment for Spotify premium. I'm currently on the free trial but I plan on paying for it monthly once the trial runs out. The other debit card I put in when I first got the trial, doesn't have money on it anymore, so I really need to make sure that I can switch to this one! I'm not sure why it isn't going through. I have put the information in correctly at least ten times.

I only activated it about half an hour ago, so maybe it takes some time to really activate? Anyone else having these problems?

Hey Shan11 - Do you have any other forms of payment other than the Visa giftcard? Do you have a card linked to a bank account.

Cannot make a payment! Card is good, money is there, talked to customer service three times and been to the bank twice. I'm very frustrated, I need my music to work and I'm not getting anywhere. I paused my premium, then tried again. Nothing. Are there problems with the servers today? Help!
