Can't log in on PC client or Phone

I've just bought Spotify Premium for 30 days, but i can only log in on Website,on PC Client or Smartphone it says "username or password is incorrect",what is the problem?

If you use your email to log in, try to use your username instead of it and let me know how it works for you.

hey, thanks for your solution, it works!

but it brings another problem.

my username is too long:"0dpe2jlzoghh09k8dsd03jyu3".

i'm sure that is impossible for me to remember such a long name!

could you find me a way to change my username or help me use my email adress to log in?
