Can't play what I select

   I got premium today because I was not able to play music I selected. I am now premium and still can't. when I select a song to play it goes to a random song that is not even from the same music type. I have loged out and back in, Uninstalled on my phone and windows computer then reinstalled and logged back in. I still can't play any music in my playlist or in the search box. when I hit play it keeps going to random artist and songs. I deleted my playlist and made a new one still no luck. I turned on shuffle and repeat because one post said that works still no luck. I checked my email with the recipt of premium and its to my email and that is what i used to log in. My girlfriend that has premium can pick and choose any song she wants and it dont do this.  Any ideas on what i can do, this does it on both my android s7 phone and my computer.
