Cancel Premium now

Hi,

can I cancel my preium membership right now without having to wait for the next billing cycle? I got a premium membership from my mobile company (T-Mobile), but I can activate it only on a "non premium" Spotify account...

Yes, but if you want to remove your remaining premium days (which you have paid for) you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to do that for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
