Cancelled family premium abo after a minute. Will i still get charged?

Hey.. i just started a premium trial month and then saw subscription for families ..which i clicked to get more info. Unfortunately the info that we need to have the same address is after paying! We live on different places.. so i cancelled my abo straight away And also lost my free trial month. Super annoying. Hope i wont get charged for family subscription now. That would be ridiculous. Thanks!
