Cancelled premium still charged

Cancelled premium still charged

I subscribed to premium on 23/11/2016.
I was not able to access same for most of the free period due to issues with my phone.
I cancelled my subscription on Thursday (23/02/2017) but it was not acknowledged. I cancelled again yesterday and it stated that it will end on 23/03/2017. I have payment pending on my credit card for E9.99. A monthly subscription. I do not believe that this is due. There are issues with cancelling subscriptions and that is down to the design / function of your app.
Please confirm that I will not be charged.

Hey @grainfen1,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

Having not realized that I needed this, and ensuring that it was cancelled one day later, I assume I won't be charged for a full month.
