Hi! 

I changed my subscription to the family subscription, but then changed it back to my normal premium account minutes later when I realised you had to share the same adress. Will I be charged for the family subscription? or will I only be charged for my normal premium subscription like normally?

normally u should only be charged for the normal premium since u changed it to premium minutes later.

HI 

I canceled  my subscription many months ago and Your Company is still taking payment.  I have not used this service and would like a complete refund.  I have sent messages but I do not receive a reply........

I believe you should only be charged for premium, however, if you are charged for family, please contact the spotify support team and they'll be more than happy to help with private payment issues ^_^
