Cancelled two months ago, still have to pay

I have cancelled my subscribton twice but still had to pay for two months after my cancellation. Can i get this refunded?

Hey @hansoskar,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
