Cannot downgrade from Premium to Free

Hi there,

I need to downgrade to Free because my Premium subscription is now included in my telecom provider subscription. However under Subscription there is not an option to downgrade to Free. I do not see the functionality mentioned on the other posts about this topic. Please advice

You have already cancelled your subscription, so your account will automatically revert to Spotify free on 2014-02-15 as you have already paid for Premium up until that date. 

Once that date passes, your account will drop to Spotify free and you can then reupgrade via your telecoms provider.
