Cannot login to change my country

Hi, I need some help for my spotify account.

I made an account in US but I moved to Japan recently.

Spotify finally started the service in Japan so I tried to login and change my country so that I could keep on using it.

However, I cannot login neither with my username or FB account.

The solutions spotify tells me is to login but that is what I cannot do!

Are you seeing any error messages when trying to log in? A screenshot would be helpful too.
