I am getting mad I thought this link was to a phone number. I still have free Spotify and still paid and here it is day 2 I want a refund! I'm done! I paid for nothing at all and you all are giving me the run around. I am tired of this when you processed the payment it should have gave me my service. and the fact that no one is trying to fix it is making me mad. your customers service is horrible.

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
