Hi Community!
I purchased a Spotify gift e-card for Spotify Premium to send to my niece for her birthday. I set the date to September 16th, last Friday. So far, she has not received her gift card and the payment passed on my credit card.
I wrote to the support team but they replied to address the Community first...
Can anyone suggest me a solution for this?

have you confirmed the recipient email is correct? and checked the spam email folder?
If that doesn't resolve the issue, use the spotify support form again, and if you receive the same response, reply to the email saying you've sought help here to no avail!

Then I suppose I could do the same, sending my friend the code I received in the Spotify receipt email.
I'm sorry she won't get the email as a surprise for her birthday as I planned, but at least she'll get the gift!
