Cannot setup new payment

Moved overseas from the uk to Canada and trying to change my payment option as no longer being made from in the uk.

When trying to like my Canadian credit card it's telling me that I'm in a country Spotify isn't yet in.... But I've seen advertisements showing how much it costs in Canadian dollars and such so how can I change my payment options?! 😑
