Cant stop someone getting into my account.

My Question or Issue

 Someone keeps being able to log into my spotify account on their android device, no matter how many times i kick them out of my account and change passwords, at first i thought it was a keylogger issue but it seems it is not as ive changed the password at work this time and im still having the same issues with someone i do not know using my account.

Is there any way of me being able to get them off permanently otherwise I'm looking to cancel my premium account and creating another one just to get them off.
