Hello! So my old e-mail account that is currently bound to my Spotify account is inaccessible. Therefore, I want to change the e-mail address.. Sadly, it says that the new e-mail is already in use but when I try to get a hold of the account that is supposed to be linked to the new e-mail (through the "forgotten account name/password?"), it says that the e-mail is not in use.. What should I do?

That is something that happened to me as well! Contact spotify support WITH EMAIL (support@spotify.com) and, in addition to your problem, tell them your username, date of birth, old email and postal code. And tell them your new email, they'll just free it up and then you can change the mail.

They stopped their email support? Not cool.
Try the contact form, but its problem is that they'll probably contact you back to your old inactive email address. If you get no response in three days, re-send your support request.
