Changed country settings, still can't log in to Spotify

Hi there! After multiple tries, I finally managed to get my spotify country settings to be changed to Singapore (formerly USA), but for some reason when i try to log in from Singapore, I still get the error message, "Your country does not match the one set in your profie."

 

Unfortunately, I received no response from the support team that I emailed several months ago. Does anyone know how to fix this, please?

Hey deannatan - It looks like you've got two accounts with us--one set to Singapore and the other in the US.

 

You should have received an automated email after filling in the contact form. Please reply directly to that message and we can help clear this all up. 

Oh, hang on, the email sent to me has a no-reply return address.

The spotify support team auto-response to my help request was also from a no-reply address: noreply-support@spotify.com

 

Hm, I don't seem to have received any emails that I can reply to.
