Charged but no Subscription

I used my card for the current on going promo ; the 3 months premium. It was charged but did not receive the premuium. There is no customer service as far as I can tell, so how to get it reimbursed?

@02108wei hey there, we've been getting this one a fair bit of late,

 

the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
