Charged for Account

I have used the free service that Spotify offers. I just noticed my credit card has been charged $9.99 for Spotify, I did not order this. I see that I can cancel but how do I get my money back since I didn't order this to begin with?

Hi sethan - Welcome to the Community. I'm sure I can help here. What's happened is you signed up for our 30 day trial. 

When you starte the trial, we state on our website that you need to cancel your trial before the 30 days are up in order to not be charged. 

As that Premium wasn't cancelled your account began a paid subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging in to your subscription page.
