My mother was charged for Spotify last month. She doesn't use it. She noticed the charge on her account when checking today. I need info to cancel this for her. She doesn't even know how to use the Internet much less order a radio station that is supposed to be free. I am livid! Your system sure is convenient for you to be in control of the public without us having access to you. Why hide if u don't have any reason to. Need a contact number to call and have all of her info removed. Don't ever think you can take advantage of my family!!
Thanks for posting your issue to the community, and I'm really sad that you're having this issue. This sounds like your mother may have accidentally signed up for Spotify Premium, Spotify's paid ad-free experience.
When you purchase Spotify Premium, you will be continually billed per month until you cancel your subscription. If your mother remembers her account details, or happens to still be logged in on her device, you should be able to cancel her subscription. This guide will help to explain how.
