Charged twice per month

It has just come to my attention I have been charged twice a month with 2 different reference numbers showing on my bank statement. As you can imagine not happy at finding this out

The same thing is happening to me! I am trying to contact spotify to get this figured out. Looks like somehow it made two seperate accounts both in my name, and linked to my card. It's been doing this for months!

Really concerned how there are no contact details for Spotify telephone numbers or email address. They have been charging me twice for 7 months now

I feel the same way. If I could just talk to someone on the phone I could get this sorted out really quickly. They've been charging me double for a whole year, so I'm pretty mad!
