Hi guys,

 

A credit card account that I removed months ago is still being charged. I've submitted a contact form multiple times, but have not heard back. Can I connect with someone to review this matter further?

Hi @destinib07!

 

They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form. I personally prefer the Twitter contact as it's a fast reply.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

Hi there,

 

I appreciate the information, but I do not use Twitter or Facebook and have submitted four contact forms with no response. My bank is now involved, and I am seeking a solution as soon as possible. I cannot find any reason why I would be charged twice except a glitch in the card processing system that has somehow captured both CCs, but am open to hearing what the reason could be should one exist. I simply cannot get support.
