Why is it so hard to reset a password? I have tried 5 times and everytime when trying to reset it says the page has expired. I have spent the best part of an hour with an agent on chat and still no further on. I have tried copy and pasting the links into a fresh web page as advised but the page still expires. How is a simple task so complicated? I have now had to cancel my spotify account and create a google play account which i do not want to do. 5 times Ive had the attached error, ive aent them to the agent and she still cant help.......absolutely useless!

It's not cool that this happens. The best thing to do when resetting the password is use a computer with an incognito window. We'll make sure to pass the feedback on to the right team.
