Connected to Facebook by mistake

Hi, by mistake I linked my business account to my personal facebook, I disconnected the account to Facebook but the Spotify's name and image profile is still from my personal Facebook profile. Please help urgently, I have not been able to link to other Facebook or make new account because the name I have in that account.

Could you please share you're case ID with us (it's in the email from Spotify) so I can ask someone to look into it?

Thanks a lot for your response! Sorry, there is no case ID anywhere. Only the e-mail notifications from this post. What can I do?
