Connecting Spotify account with partner provisioning profile (for Starbucks partners)

Hi, I'm a Starbucks partner and I've recently heard about Spotify's connection with Starbucks and how we can download Premium for free. I've had Spotify Premium for about 6 months now. I read the instructions from this link and I am fairly confused with step 2. I don't know if this is just me being dumb and lost because everyone else doesn't seem to be having trouble figuring it out. I cancelled my subscription and all but now what. I continue searching in my account settings for ways to connect my Spotify with my Starbucks information but I'm finding nothing significant. Please help.

1. Go to this link:

https://partner-provisioning.spotify.com/starbucks/ 

 

2. Click "Get Premium" at the bottom.

 

3. Fill in Last Name and Your Starbucks Global Username (2 character country code + your partner number) 

EX: US2177650

 

4. Confirm your not a robot and CONGRATS!

 

 

it took me a while to figure it out but I was just making it harder than it needed to be. Instead of "Get Premium" it should say "Connect now" or "Register". That's what confuses most people.

I've gone through the same thing... I get to the page where you put you last name and my partner number but then tells me "something went wrong " I'm and a lost

The link that is given leads to nothing, so where do we go from here because I am having the same problem.

this is the same thing that is currently happening to me. I cant find a solution anywhere. I know I am putting everything right.

I'm reaching the right link and typing in all my info correctly and it keeps saying somethings went wrong. I've tried calling Starbucks and emailing and tweeting Spotify and they both keep redirecting me back and for to each other for the past few days.

Mine says the exact same thing. I have put in all of the correct info but I get an error message every time.

I can't get partner account after putting my last name and partner number

When I called, they told me that I had to put "jr" after my last name and
it worked like a charm. ( ie: Johnson jr)

Lol the link went to "oops something went wrong"
