Downloading music

About a month or so ago I redeemed a £30 gift card and chose to have it as download credit rather than subscription. I can't work out how to use them, and when I've been searching for help I found an FAQ stating that spotify are no longer doing downloads. So have I just lost my £30? Any help would be appreciated.

Download credits can still be redeemed this way, but I'm afraid they always had an expiry of 30 days. This could be extended by adding more, but your gift card was activated on 2013-04-11.
