Email on my account changed and I can't get access to my account at all

Someone has hacked my account and somehow changed me email address associated with my account. This has happened a couple times and I have only been subscribed to Spotify for 3 months. It's getting really annoying and EVERY help topic has me logged in to be able to change anything and if someone changed all my login info than I obviously can't get into my account. Just trying to figure out the fastest way around this problem so I can end this nightmare with Spotify.

You said that your account has been hacked, so I would recommend you to contact support through the anonymous contact form so they can help you. This is alternative form so you can enter an email which you can access to get the reply, please make sure that this is an email that is not compromised, and that you have access to it.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

Support takes usually 24-48 hours to respond
