Hi

Just checked my family account and my wife's account has dissappeared

Any bugs on the app just now that would have caused that to happen?

Hey,

 

Thanks for the question.

 

There's not a way for the app to remove your family members from the plan unless you increased the number of subaccounts, or canceled your subscription. 

 

Not to worry though, if they were removed, you can always add them back. Just follow the steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/spotify_family/spotify-family/

Definitely no changes made.

My son came to me today to tell me that it's asking him to upgrade to premium. 

 

On checking all 3 of my family members had been cleared from my account and I've had to add them back again

This happened to my family account as well.

Sorry to hear about that.

 

No worries though, you can always invite them again by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to your account page.
  2. Click MANAGE.
  3. Click on an available Empty Slot.
  4. Click INVITE MEMBER BY LINK or enter the e-mail of the person you want to invite. Click SEND INVITE.

The number of family members i'm allowed to add was reduced from 5 to just 3. Both my sister's and mother's accounts were removed. Any solutions?

All my family members have been deleted from my account without notice. I already sent them the invitation again but when they put in the details for the adress it just says " Something went wrong. Please try again." Please help me solve this problem.
