Let me understand first. Are you part of a Premium for Family plan? Are you a member or the administrator?

As a Premium user (Family or Regular), you can listen to music in one device at a time. Each member of the Family plan can listen to their music separately.
Ok, and have you successfully added them?
Please double check their devices to see if they are correctly logged on their accounts.
Here you can see if their accounts are active.
Ok so just make sure they are logged in correctly on their devices.

It depends on the device they're using.
If it's an iPhone, go to the bottom right corner of the app screen and choose Your Library. On the top left you'll see the user image, and on the top right a gear icon. Check both and you'll find it.
If they're using the desktop app, just click on the the user name on the top right corner.
