Forgot Username and mail

Hello,

After resetting my phone i cant login my premium account. I forgot my inlogname and email and dont have a facebookaccount.

I already reported this (01271417 and 01278857) but didnt get any response. How can we solve this. I like to use my payaccount now.

If you already submitted a form through contact form, reply to the automated email that was sent, even if it says not to reply.

If you haven't, contact Spotify through the contact support form and see if they can look up your account based on your billing information and/or IP address.

Thank you for your fast response. I just sent an email to the noreply-support adres. Hoping my problem will be solved now. I am waiting a week now for any response..

If you don't hear anything back within 48 hours of replying to the automated reply. Give us a shout back here with your 8-digit case number and we can escalate it further for you.

Hi, I have forgotten my username and pasword. I tried to log in to spotify via facebook but then I have the basic account and my playlists dissapered.
