Free virgin account and now can't access playlist

Free virgin account and now can't access playlist

I had a 3 month free spotify trial from virgin but when it ran out I lost access to my playlist. When I tried to upgrade I think I set up a second account which is registered to my fb account. I don't want this second account but how do I get my original account back? Please help!!!!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Since there is a chance you have set up two accounts the best thing to do is get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to sort all of this out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
