Getting Commercials

Hi,

I pay the $5 USD subscription.When I subscribed I was supposed to get no commercials. But, when playing on my mobile device I have recently been getting commercials. Did you change the terms of service or is there something else going on?

Are you subscribed to unlimited (unlimited is usually $5 dollars a month) or Premium? You can check which one here 🙂 If you are subscribed to unlimited you only get ad free on Desktop, not on mobiles, you would have to subscribe to premium to get on demand ad free listening on your phone. Unlimited did used to give you ad-free radio on mobile devices in the US as far as I am aware (not on demand playback), however when the free changes came in a while back that functionality was removed I think. Ad-free on mobile is now a Premium feature everywhere I'm afraid.
