Gift Card Issues

Hi,

I have purchased a three months spotify gift card for £30, however, my attempts to redeem it have failed. The pin is refused with the warning message, "The Premium code you entered is invalid. Please check that you have typed it correctly", This is a new card bought last night. I am quite puzzled by this and would like if someone could look into it.

PS: I have used the contact form only to receive an automated message with my enquiry instead f an agent response, I am confused by how that is meant to be helpful but someone must have thought it was a useful feature...

Double check the code, from the ones I have seen in the past they often have numbers that look like letters and letters that look like numbers! (They are also case sensitive).

If you are still having issues, reply directly to one of the automated emails which told you to post on the community and that will bump your case over to an adviser.

Sadly this is not the issue, I am certain I am reading and inputting the pin correctly, I just can't figure out why it is being shown as invalid. I am starting to believe this is an issue with how the voucher system was originally implemented since many have / had or still have this same problem.

Hello Spotify,

Im trying to upgrade to premium, however i dont have VISA or American Express so i have to use the Gift Card system.

The problem is that the option is grey and i can't click on it??

If you have a gift card just go to spotify.com/redeem to redeem your card. 😉
