Gift card purchase - error message on credit card check, still charged, twice

Hi,

 

I tried buying a 1-year gift card and at the end of the process I got a message saying the check on my credit card check failed (a Mastercard).

I tried again with a VISA and got the same message.

 

After around 10-15 minutes I got receipts for BOTH purchases, complete with Premium Codes.

 

How do I get a refund on the one of them?

If it's a payment issue you should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form.

 


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉

Thanks, that resolved my problem 🙂

 

My only complaint now is that I ended up asking on this forum solely because I could not find this contact form (or something even remotely relevant) through the website.

 

Oh well...
