Going in circles with login.

I have been trying to log on to my account avafriedrich@gmail.com. I am currently borrowing my friends account, which I use for my yoga teaching classes, so I desperately need this fixed. I had my password reset through email, something like that, still can't log in. Tells me to log into Facebook, so I did, won't let me log in. Tells me to log in manually, I do that, then it tells me to log back into Facebook. seriously, I am just going in circles. Can you cancel my account so I can make a new one? I don't have a Facebook anymore. So I found a deactivated FB? section, and sent me to a download link, and nothing will download? What is going on seriously?
