Got billed twice when registering for Premium

Got billed twice when registering for Premium

I subscribed for premium yesterday, but I made a mistake the first time and chose the student discount before knowing that I couldn't get that discount, but I still clicked the submit button. Then I chose the normal premium account and subscribed, but when I looked in my bank account I still saw the 4.99$ charged for the student package, even though it doesn't show up in the account overview...

 

How do I contact spotify to tell them to give me back my 4.99?

Hey @riciffy, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Have you received a payment confirmation email for both payments? Any payments that you haven't gotten a receipt for are only pending and should be canceled soon. If you check in a few days and still have extra charges, let me know and I will escalate this to a Spotify staff member!

I only received the email for the Premium acount, nothing about the Student Discount payment.
