Got new phone, lost premium.

Got new phone, lost premium.

Smashed my phone and it was easier to buy a new one than change out the digitizer of the old. I got a new contract with Sprint but just paid for Premium a few days ago. After logging in on my phone all of my playlists and stations and music are there I just have lost Premium. According to my sprint account I still have an active subscription for premium for my phone number. Any one able to help?

Hey @discgolfguy the best way to proceed with this is to ask Sprint about your subscription with them. Your account used to have a subscription with a partner but it no longer has an active subscription with Sprint.
