Have I been charged twice for spotify

It looks like virgin media have charged me for spotify premium, on the following dates

13 July – 26 July

£4.66

27 July – 26 Aug

£9.99

And spotify seeming have taken payment of £9.99

On the 12 Aug

Receipt no for payment:412231087013

So am I being charged twice, if payment has to be taken I would prefer this to go through my virgin media account, if you need my account number I can message it to you

Hello!

You would need to contact Spotify directly for this, you can do that here. If you get an automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply). They should be able to get everything fixed for you, and make sure you are only charged once a month.
