Help My giftcard pincode is not working

Hello,

I just bought a giftcard for spotify, but when I want to enter the pincode I get the respons that the premiumcode is not correct. I checked it a thousand times, but the numbers I put in are correct.

Also the giftcard has been bought in the same country as my account (the netherlands)

and it is not older than 12 months. (Activation date is 18-3-2017 10:15)

Could you please help me with it...

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
